purtroppo l'unica penalità sono i tre piani da fare a piedi perchè manca l'ascensore! per il resto sia la direttrice sia il personale sono veramente squisiti! l'unica cosa (ma lascia il tempo che trovs!) che cambierei è la marca del caffè!

sur le bon de réservation, la chambre était vendue avec terrasse avec vue. hors, dans la chambre il n'y avait pas une seule fenêtre... nous étions déçus et nous nous sommes sentis manipulés.

The property was difficult to find as it was only a door with the B&B name on the bell push. You need a Sat Nav to find it and parking is poor. However, the location is great for the Vatican and some nice (not touristy) restaurants and its quiet. Room was OK but no window made it stuffy and the stairs up to the Hotel were not for those less than physically able (no lift so luggage has to be carried up 6 flights). A lot cheaper than central Rome hotels though, so compromise is needed and we made the most of it.
