das Personal war sehr freudlich und nett. im ganzen hotel war es sehr sauber, das zimmer war täglich sauber gemacht.

Saubere Unterkunft, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und eine sehr zentrale Lage. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppig.

Keine Probleme. Staff war immer anwesend und sehr hilfsbereit. Fruestueck besser als erwartet.

El hotel está en un edificio antiguo, muy cerca de Termini, donde están todas las comunicaciones. Pero las habitaciones son más pequeñas de lo que aparece en la fotografia. Y muchas de ellas están pegadas a la recepción y se oye todo, hasta los pasos. El servicio muy bien, y el desayuno perfecto, tanto en cantidad como en calidad. El baño aceptable, limpio, pero la ducha no tragaba bien el agua.
