mi è stata confermata una certa sistemazione letto grande + letto singolo, ma all'arrivo l'addetta voleva darmi uno sgabuzzino che ho rifiutato. la signora mi ha accusato di pretendere chissà cosa dicendomi perfino che sarebbe stato meglio che non tornassi più. ho insistito gentilmente ed ho ottenuto una stanza con 2 letti, ben più grande e confortevole, che ho accettato. dopodichè ho gradito la struttura e mi sento di tornarci e di consigliarla ad altri, a dispetto della signora ostile. la correttezza è importante x me. grazie

günstige lage, leicht zu Fuß vom Termini erreichbar, sprachliche Verständigung mit Englisch schwierig, zum ersten Frühstück wurden wir gebracht, da etwas schwer zu finden, insgesamt empfehlenswert

The accommodation was very clean and plesant, the only thing wrong was the fact that we were taken to another location owned by the same family and did not stay in the hotel which we booked so description was slightly different eg. new hotel did not have left luggage as described. The owners were very nice and helpful. Description of location would have been appreciated.
