Maison Genevois 3 B&B is located at the heart of Rome, a few blocks from the historical centre, in the luxurious area of Prati. Because of its strategic position, it’s easy to walk in just 7 minutes to S. Prati, is also one of the most ancient areas of Rome and nothing is missing: from the characteristic markets to the latest fashion shop, from the take away pizzeria to the high class restaurant, from pubs to discos. Recently refurbished rooms with TV and air conditioning give a comfortable atmosphere which is warm, relaxing and totally private. Located next to the metro stop “Lepanto” (line A), which connects in just 5 stops to the railway station “Termini”, 2 stops to the Spanish steps, 3 stops to Trevi fountain. Busses 24 hours a day allow you to reach any place in the city, like Gianicolo, Coliseum and many other magical sites which we will be glad to show you.
AIRPLANE (FROM “FIUMICINO” AIRPORT):
Take the metropolitan train (Terminal), frequency: every 20 minutes and it takes about 30 minutes to get to Rome. Ticket costs € 11.00 (one way) and arrives to Termini station of Rome
Once you arrive in Termini station of Rome take the subway line A direction Battistini, go down at the stop Lepanto (5 stops)
Out of the subway, follow Via Lepanto, at the first traffic light turn right in Viale delle Milizie, and continue until number 3
At your request you can have a car with a private driver who waits for you and brings you directly to our Bed & Breakfast
AIRPLANE (FROM “CIAMPINO” AIRPORT):
Take the shuttle to the subway terminus line A Anagnina,
Take the subway line A direction Battistini, go down at the stop Lepanto (19 stops)
Out of the subway, follow Via Lepanto, at the first traffic light turn right in Viale delle Milizie, and continue until number 3
At your request you can have a car with a private driver who waits for you and brings you directly to the Bed & Breakfast.

Bed and breakfast was very well located. You hear no traffic noise, but the walls inside are very thin, and doors are hard to close quietly. Owner of the B&B is very helpful and always right on time at the appointment. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Ca. 2 Minuten zur Metrostation (was in Rom eine Sensation ist, da es sehr wenige Stationen gibt).
Nahe am Vatikan gelegen. Hotelbesitzer ist super nett und bemüht sich sehr um seine Gäste. ABER: Zimmer sind sehr sehr hellhörig und Frühstück ist sehr dürftig.
Das "Hotel" ist aber weiterempfehlenswert!! |

le logement reste très agreable et très bien situé ( proximité station de metro et bus)le seul bémol reste les sanitaires en communs pour deux des chambres. |

Tres bien situé par rapport au metro, proche du centre, l'appartement de Marco est propre, calme et confortable. Marco est fort sympathique et tres accomodant, la maison Genenevois est un excellent endroit pour passer son séjour a Rome. |
